My Story
Olympic Weightlifter
I didn’t always feel strong in my body. Like many of you, I spent years trying to figure out what “healthy” really meant. It wasn’t until I found Olympic weightlifting that everything shifted. Through training, I began to understand that food isn’t something to fear or control—it’s something that can fuel, empower, and recovery.
That experience sparked something in me—not just to get stronger, but to heal my relationship with food. I stopped chasing restriction and started tuning into what my body actually needed. I learned to honor my hunger, my culture, and the joy that comes from eating intuitively and without shame.
To this day, I carry that strength with me—not just in the gym, but in how I live, eat, and support others. This space is for anyone who's ever felt overwhelmed by diets, disconnected from their body, or unsure where to start. You're not alone here.
Together, we can rewrite what wellness looks like—rooted in habit, culture, compassion, and strength that goes far beyond appearance. You deserve to feel powerful, nourished, and at home in your body.
